Verisure, France's premier alarm surveillance provider operating across 17 diverse markets, has strategically embraced TikTok to revolutionize its customer acquisition process thanks to the support of their media agency on the Frenck market: Ad's up Consulting. Their objective was clear: to harness TikTok's vibrant user base to significantly increase leads and engage more qualified prospects through innovative lead generation campaigns.

To achieve these ambitious goals, Verisure redefined its approach by integrating TikTok-specific innovations into their campaigns. This included a revamp of their attribution model to better align with TikTok’s unique user interactions and creating bespoke, engaging content via their in-house creative program, TTCX. These initiatives not only highlighted Verisure's adaptability but also underscored their commitment to leverage TikTok Ads Solutions.


Furthermore, they implemented EventApi with Advanced Matching technology on their platform.



Results



The results spoke volumes about the efficacy of Verisure’s refined strategies. There was an impressive 55 point increase in lead transformation and a significant reduction in cost per booking by 50%. These figures not only demonstrated a substantial improvement in lead quality but also highlighted the effectiveness of optimized ad delivery and comprehensive funnel measurement tactics employed through the Event Api and Advanced Matching setup.


Verisure's innovative approach was encapsulated by Celim, the Paid Social Manager at Verisure, who stated, “Through strategic alignment with TikTok's best practices, the development of native content, and the adjustment of our attribution window, we have not only increased lead generation but also transformed the quality of prospects, marking a significant milestone in Verisure's social media acquisition campaigns.


This campaign illustrates how Verisure has flipped the script on traditional marketing, utilizing TikTok not just as a marketing tool, but as a pivotal element of their digital strategy narrative. The campaign’s success underscores the potential of integrated, creative strategies in achieving remarkable outcomes in the digital age.

Our goal was to assess the impact of the new 7-day click attribution window on TikTok, convinced that it would refine the quality of our prospects and boost conversions. The implementation of the eAPI was also a pivotal turn, offering refined performance metrics. This approach was successful thanks to the combined efforts of the Ad's Up and Verisure teams, supported by essential guidance from the TikTok team.
