The objective was to determine whether these advanced features could enhance patient acquisition efficiency while maintaining consistent audience targeting across both test and control groups.



The Solution

Implementing dynamic routing with multiple conversion destinations

The test campaign enabled both Instant Form and Direct Messaging as conversion destinations, while the control campaign directed users exclusively to an Instant Form. To ensure a fair comparison, Ozone Clinics maintained consistent audience parameters across both campaigns, targeting individuals aged 18 to 54. By activating Multiple Location Selection, the system could dynamically route users to the conversion destination most likely to convert based on their intent and behavior patterns.



The Results

47% lead volume uplift with 7.5% lower cost per lead

The test campaign achieved a significant 47% uplift in lead volume compared to the Instant Form-only control campaign. This improvement translated to a 7.5% reduction in cost per lead, demonstrating the effectiveness of combining Multiple Location Selection with Target Cost per Result bidding.
