Boosting registrations for the Loyalty Program by optimizing for a custom event
Kudu is a quick service restaurant operating in Riyadh, known for its chicken sandwiches. Our key KPIs have been increasing app installs and adoption rates for the Kudu app. In June, Kudu launched its loyalty program in the region, with our primary goal being to drive awareness and boost registrations for the program.
Kudu implemented TikTok's Brilliant Basics strategy to boost registrations for their loyalty program. By bundling campaigns, utilizing native assets, and maintaining synergy across efforts, they achieved unprecedented growth. They combined Top Feed, In-Feed ads (including Reach & Frequency), and auction campaigns to generate awareness for the program. At the same time, they launched app conversion campaigns focused on driving registrations for their loyalty program. By mapping a custom event on Adjust to an in-app event on TikTok, they was able to directly optimize campaigns for loyalty registrations. Additionally, they leveraged an ad effectiveness study, which revealed a significant increase in both overall awareness and unaided awareness.
