Sultan Bedding has been providing world-class, elegant bedding and bathroom accessories since 1981, with their slogan “Sleep is the Sultan of your comfort.”


They have an active presence on TikTok through the channel @alsultan.stores which, to date, has 30K engaged followers, through sharing a mix of own and user generated content which showcases their products in authentic and engaging ways which helps their audience feel like they are getting to know the products first-hand.


Having successfully advertised on TikTok before, the bedding brand launched this most recent campaign specifically focusing on increasing conversions to drive sales to support business growth.




The solution

Authentic content powering a strategic performance-driven campaign


Targeting potential customers in Saudi Arabia, this one-month campaign strove to increase conversions by increasing brand awareness and boosting interaction with their TikTok content.


During the campaign, AlSultan focused on several performance indicators to ensure the campaign was progressing to their expectations. Focusing on view rate, engagement rate (likes, comments, shares), click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and reach rate.


The content was designed to present the product's features in the most creative and modern way, combining informative and trendy styles to ensure the message reached the target audience clearly. To get the most out of their native TikTok content, AlSultan leveraged TikTok's Spark Ad format, which tactically uses high-performing organic content within strategic targeted campaigns, to create campaigns which feel relevant to TikTok's audiences and inspire higher engagement. Additionally, they partnered with many creators and influencers throughout the campaign to leverage authentic, engaging and high quality UGC content.
