With over 28K followers on TikTok, @laveraclinics has mastered the skill of building and nurturing a highly engaged and relevant audience through engaging video content focused on transformations, influencer collaborations, and interactive Q&As to educate their existing and potential customers.


The beauty brand has run numerous advertising campaigns on TikTok, managed entirely by their in-house marketing team. Lavera created this particular campaign to raise brand awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversions. Tracking impressions, reach, video views, click-through rate, engagement rate, and conversion rate as key performance indicators to measure the campaign’s success




The solution

Maximizing brand interest during Ramadan with high-impact ad formats


The focus of this campaign was to intensify marketing efforts to increase awareness and conversions during the Ramadan period.


The campaign utilized a mix of TikTok products, including Spark Ads to boost organic content, Video Shopping Ads to drive product interest, and Lead Generation forms to collect customer data. These formats were selected to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.


To compare campaign results, Lavera Clinic conducted A/B testing, focusing on variations in video design, target audience segments, and publishing times, gaining insights into which combinations delivered the highest engagement and conversion rates.


Targeting all genders between 18–45 in Riyadh who have an interest in beauty and cosmetic-related content, the content strategy was largely informed by their successful previous campaigns across organic and paid TikTok formats. Combining informative and trend-driven elements with a focus on showcasing product features.

Spark Ads drove the campaign’s success, allowing the beauty brand to rely on content that they knew resonated with their existing audience, in a high-performance campaign targeting new potential customers in the region. This targeted Ramadan campaign achieved 3,496 website clicks, a CPC of 1.32 SAR, and a CPM of 4.61 SAR.


This campaign provided several valuable insights that will inform Lavera's future strategies, particularly the importance of tailoring content specifically for TikTok’s unique formats, the effectiveness of influencer collaboration in building trust, and the impact of publishing timing on engagement.


The use of original, custom-designed videos specifically tailored for the campaign played a significant role in enhancing performance and engagement. Additionally, the strategic timing of content publishing and collaborations with influencers helped maximize reach and connect with the audience at optimal moments, contributing to improved overall conversion results.


Outside of the key metrics, TikTok’s integration with WhatsApp instant messaging has had a major real-world impact on the business. One of the most notable outcomes has been a significant increase in booking volume through WhatsApp after engaging with TikTok ads.
