As an alternative to cell phones, TickTalk provides solutions such as real-time location tracking, voice and video calling, as well as a messaging center with voice recording and preset responses to enable parents to stay connected and check in with their children whenever necessary.


TickTalk's marketing team, consisting of 3 members, aimed to streamline and simplify their video creation workflow to reduce project turnaround times and boost efficiency. Additionally, they sought to increase brand exposure by leveraging the creatives produced through this optimized process.


The solution

Utilizing the TikTok App Center to create videos

TickTalk leveraged the Augie Studio app from the TikTok App Center to enhance the engagement and authenticity of its video content. The app streamlined its video production process, enabling quick generation of scripts and voices. One of TickTalk's main requirements was a realistic AI voice, and through Augie, they found a voice that resonated with their brand. This resulted in compelling content that significantly boosted their follower base.


The results

Increasing numbers for a growing brand

By utilizing the Augie Studio app from the TikTok App Center, TickTalk has remarkably enhanced its efficiency in creating and editing videos, achieving a 50% improvement. Within three months, they successfully produced 6 - 8 video creatives.


Additionally, when publishing the video created via the app on social media platforms, the posts featuring the video have achieved over 8k views since publication. Previously, the content generally attracted over 500-700 views, with the highest-reaching post garnering 1k views, indicating a substantial boost of 8 times in brand awareness.
