Fashion-forward performance for the spring season

Reserved is one of Poland’s most recognized fashion brands, known for its blend of affordability, trend-conscious design, and international presence across 25 countries. For their spring campaign, the brand wanted to boost online performance and ensure their digital ads were more efficient, relevant, and ultimately more profitable across both web and app environments.



The Solution

One Smart+ strategy, two channels, endless possibilities

Reserved wanted to test a new Smart+ AI powered solution, with Website and App optimisation in one, in order to achieve results most suitable for their sales goals. They compared Smart+ performance to two manual approaches: one targeting web-only conversions using a catalog, and another targeting both web and app manually.



The Results

Mix of tools, stronger results

Both manual and smart+ Website and App optimization in one campaign outperformed web only campaign. Furthermore, Smart+ web+app optimization with catalog campaign achieved the best results, with the highest number of purchases, app installs and the lowest CPA.

The outcome? A 50.99% drop in CPA and a 114% boost in ROAS. Reserved saw this as clear validation of Smart+'s power and has since adopted the tool into their always-on TikTok strategy.
