The Objective

Mindler is a Swedish mental health app that connects users directly to licensed psychologists to get help with mental illness. It’s objective on TikTok was to reach new users,drive more app installs and spread awareness.

The Solution

Mindler’s social media team created a suite of Spark Ads to foster deep user engagement and drive the community towards its objective. Spark Ads bring users in by boosting native videos directly from a brand or creator’s profile, as either an In-Feed or TopView Ad.

In this case, Mindler asked several of their own psychologists to front the ads, explaining how Mindler works, why people should consider therapy and how mental health support can help. As a result, Mindler created a library of brand-led Spark Ads it could use time and time again, taking it one step closer to its goal of cost-efficient CPAs.

The Results

The results show the community not only listened but also that Spark Ads are effective at driving engagement that works. The campaign achieved an impressive cost-per-acquisition that was 47.5% more cost-effective than on other platforms. It also drove over 149,000 likes and 2,500 comments, as well as over 76,000 profile visits. Mindler is on the map.
