Boosting awareness for the new SEAT MÓ 125 electric scooter
The Objective
SEAT MÓ believes in easy, smart, zero emission and 100% electric mobility. The brand came to TikTok to launch a campaign embracing SEAT MÓ’s young, fun and cool attributes, and leaning into MÓ’s electric urban mobility solutions that are accessible to all. Ultimately, the campaign would raise awareness of the SEAT MÓ 125, while launching the biggest giveaway for the brand so far, and leverage the opportunity to grow its organic TikTok profile.
The Solution
The brand launched a huge giveaway campaign on TikTok to drive engagement, offering the winner a free electric scooter 125. The campaign was supported with several ad solutions, including a Hashtag Challenge that encouraged the TikTok community to share videos of themselves dancing. It also used Reach & Frequency and In-Feed Ads to guarantee extensive reach and ensure that as many people as possible took part in the contest. In addition, six creators promoted the competition to connect with diverse communities and encourage their audiences to participate.
The Results
Supercharged by all the ad solutions SEAT MÓ used, the Hashtag Challenge surpassed all its performance metrics, achieving 374.6 million video views (vs.186 million benchmark), 291,000 video creations (vs. 180,000 benchmark) and featuring 130,000 unique creators (vs. 79,000 benchmark). At the end of the HTC, it reached a total of 2.4 billion views.
We launched our TikTok channel for SEAT MÓ with the #MÓvete challenge; the results and participation were outstanding and beyond our expectations. It's remarkable to see how the community freely expresses its creativity and makes our brand their own. We look forward to connecting in meaningful ways with our community on TikTok.
