ReminderMedia develops affordable, high-quality print, social media, and email marketing tools that help their customers stay top of mind with their audiences. As part of their services, they also automate the creation and delivery to their customer's selected audience list. ReminderMedia opted for TikTok's Lead Generation objective to gather higher quality leads and drive down their costs per lead.


The Solution

Integrating Zapier CRM with Lead Generation for TikTok Lead Ads

ReminderMedia utilized a variety of TikTok tools. This included using TikTok's Lead Generation objective, Instant Page form, Zapier (CRM) integration, lookalike audiences and Automated Creative Optimization. Their key campaign messaging focused on demonstrating the value for real estate agents and businesses in having a personalized magazine to provide their prospects and clients. Their campaign creative leveraged best practices such as having a quick hook in the introduction, using in-platform text boxes and keeping their TikTok video under 35 seconds. Automated Creative Optimization fast tracked their ability to scale their ads immediately.


The optimization helped combat ad fatigue and allowed them to focus on the data of their top performing creative combinations. While encouraging viewers to "Get an estimate," they showcased messaging, and stories one can include for personalization, such as the print publications. The Zapier integration for Lead Generation is a huge contributor to their success and usability with TikTok Lead Ads. They were able to connect incoming leads to Marketo and automate the delivery of their leads to their sales floor. This integration was integral to optimizing the sales price for their leads. Instant pages reduced loading times of the website and increased engagement rate, as well as click through rate. Moreover, they retargeted existing customer file information and created lookalike audiences on users who previously submitted the form or took a Top-of-funnel event, such as View Content or View Form.


The Results

Gaining a new audience while reducing costs

ReminderMedia had an impressive 58% decrease in cost per lead. The success does not stop there. ReminderMedia is also seeing a tremendous amount of organic success on TikTok for their marketing podcast, "Stay Paid". They have multiple clips that shatter the 1 million view mark and have seen a new audience tune in to the podcast. They have seen consistent growth on their channel since they went viral in March of 2022. Within five months, they have gained almost 80,000 followers and over 1 million likes, which is more than all of their other channels combined. Looking ahead, with the success they have had for lead generation and instant pages, they will also be testing new funnels on TikTok.
