Driving website conversions in Spain

DriveK is an online automotive marketplace created for potential buyers or car enthusiasts. The brand came to TikTok to generate website conversion (submit form), through an innovative A/B test campaign.
DriveK set out on a mission to A/B test non-native creative against TikTok-first creative, and then analyse the results.
The brand set up multiple In-Feed Ads using TikTok Ads Manager, with a goal of leading users to the website where a lead generation form could be filled in.
DriveK ran templated ad creatives, which did not lean into creative best practice, in parallel with native TikTok videos. The native ads followed best practice recommendations and showcased a KIA electric model in all its glory, using text overlay and upbeat music to engage its audience.
To no surprise, the TikTok-first creative proved to be the clear winner for DriveK. When the results were compared against the non-native assets, DriveK saw a 60% increase in click-through rate, an 88% reduction in cost-per-mile, 200% reduction in cost-per-click, and most importantly an 80% increase in website conversions at a 250% reduction in cost-per-action.
