Integrating Shopify pixel on the brand's e-commerce sale drove stellar results
ABClothing is a Philippines-based online clothing store powered by Shopify, an official TikTok Commerce Partner. The brand prides itself on excellent customer service and product quality at competitive prices. FOr this campaign, ABClothing's goal was to drive online sales using the Conversions objective on TikTok Ads Manager, optimizing for Complete Payments. The brand also wanted to experiment with TikTok as a new channel for growing its customer base.
In June 2021, ABClothing decided to install the TikTok Pixel for Shopify to drive better performance with its TikTok ads. Switching from the standard pixel to the TikTok Pixel for Shopify allowed ABClothing to expand the number of tracked events on their site across the funnel.
The built-in Developer Mode functionality gave ABClothing added insight into the value of TikTok for driving customers to their store. By looking at return on ad spend (ROAS) reports, ABClothing was able to make fewer, but better-informed bid adjustments to ensure continued performance. The brand also found that using engaging ad creative that showcased apparel through before/after makeovers, together with uplifting music, contributed to higher view-through rates.
ABClothing's TikTok campaign reached an impressive 1.1 million users during the campaign period. With the implementation of the TikTok Pixel for Shopify, the brand's TikTok ads also delivered a 2.5X ROAS along with a 2-second view-through rate of 56%. The goal of unlocking both scale and conversions was achieved through the simple yet effective installation of the TikTok app on Shopify.
