Developing a campaign to boost sales for coffee made for connoisseurs


Konesso was founded by a coffee enthusiast who continues to expand his knowledge and share his passion with both the team and customers through Konesso.pl. The shop is created for true lovers of coffee and tea, focusing on exceptional taste and expert service, and tailoring its products to real connoisseurs.


On TikTok, @konesso.pl engages over 11K followers with authentic organic content, sharing professional coffee tips to highlight the brand’s expertise, while also showing the human side of the brand by tapping into trends and featuring the people behind Konesso. Whether informative or trend-driven, Konesso’s content is always designed to be entertaining, engaging its audience and building loyal brand recognition.


Advertising campaigns on TikTok for Konesso have been managed by Traffic Trends since 2023, through a series of highly strategic campaigns focused on increasing conversions and revenue.


The goal of this campaign was to increase profitability and sales. Konesso's approach to TikTok content prioritises audience connection over direct product presentation, building brand love with content that inspires its audience and feels native to the TikTok platform.


The solution

Reimagining conversion campaign with an authentic content strategy


This campaign is part of an ongoing sales effort that has been running continuously since May 2025, allowing Konesso to regularly review performance and optimise the campaign to drive stronger results.


The campaign uses broad targeting criteria, with no demographic restrictions other than limiting delivery to TikTok users within Poland.


With an already strong organic audience, Konesso was interested in testing the hypothesis that non-traditional, authentic content (rather than typical sales scripts) would perform better with its audience. As a result, the webshop chose to use Smart+ as the advertising format for this campaign. This enabled the use of high-performing organic content within paid campaigns and provided a wide variety of creatives, which is ideal for reducing ad fatigue in longer-running campaigns. The campaign also automatically used creative assets and product information from the product catalogue.


The creatives were prepared by Konesso specifically for TikTok, focusing on a positive brand image, clear product presentation, and portraying the company as a great place to shop, not only because of its product range, but also due to its customer service and approach to customers.


By putting content first and leveraging TikTok-native ad formats, Konesso launched an authentic campaign driven by organic audience engagement, with the objective of increasing sales while deliberately moving away from typical sales-led “hooks”.





The results

Achieving exceptional ROAS through a strategic approach to content


The campaign was a huge success, delivering a 51.8% increase in ROAS, a 77.6% increase in the number of transactions, and an 80.4% increase in revenue, all driven by Konesso’s authentic approach to campaign content and use of native ad formats.


By focusing on authenticity and showcasing the Konesso brand and its employees, the premium coffee web shop was able to nurture its relationship with the audience through genuine and engaging content, leading to increased sales without relying on strong sales-led messaging.


Beyond the core performance metrics, the campaign also had a notable positive impact on brand perception, helping Konesso grow its community and strengthen overall engagement.


Through the success of this campaign, Konesso has reinforced its belief in the significant impact that organic TikTok content can have on paid advertising, and as a result, Konesso will continue with this marketing approach.
