The brand recognized that the key demographic for their service falls within the age range of 24-55 years old. As part of their launch campaign, they strategically identified TikTok as the platform on the rise among this particular audience.


The main objectives of the TikTok campaign were to raise awareness of the new bank, drive a significant number of new accounts and establish the bank as a new, innovative, and tech-savvy player in a traditional market such as the banking industry.

The Solution:

Collaborating with creators alongside utilizing TikToks' prime ads tools

The campaign was designed in a gradual process to achieve its objectives. The first step was to raise awareness through Top View. This highly effective tool offers maximum visibility and engagement, making it the ideal starting point for any campaign focused on the upper funnel.


Then, the campaign moved to Top Feed to keep the prime location and drive traffic to the bank's application through accurate targeting. Finally, App Installs campaigns were used to optimize app installs and gradually move down the funnel to encourage users to open an account.


The key messages focused on innovation, technology, and simplicity were effectively communicated to the target audience by working with creators such as Lior Suchard (@Liorsuchard) and Noa Rosin (@noarasin), who emphasize the brands' key messages in their unique way.

The Results:

Encouraging people to switch banks is highly challenging, with less than 3% doing so annually. Also, the competitive nature of the category entails significant budgets by major players.

ONE ZERO campaign was highly successful in achieving its objectives. ONE ZERO Bank generated hundreds of account openings, a decrease of 35% from CPA Target, and established itself as a new and innovative player in the Israeli banking industry. The bank's exclusive AI algorithm was highlighted through the TikTok campaign, making it more appealing to tech-savvy users.
