The objective

Offering affordable modest wear to Indonesian audiences, SYAFIQ STORE is committed to high quality control in its supply and distribution of apparels. With a goal to expand their reach and drive product sales, they decided to work with affiliate creators through an ‘Open Collaboration’, while leveraging automated commerce solutions to boost product sales on TikTok Shop by Tokopedia.


The solution

SYAFIQ STORE leveraged two types of GMV Max – Product GMV Max and LIVE GMV Max, which are automated ad campaign solutions designed to optimise total channel ROI on TikTok Shop by Tokopedia. Through LIVE GMV Max, brands like SYAFIQ STORE can optimise organic and paid traffic towards their livestream, allowing for strategic positioning that maximise visibility and targeted engagement at optimal moments. Additionally, SYAFIQ STORE also utilised Product GMV Max to enhance their overall TikTok Shop ROI. By integrating ACA into GMV Max campaigns for their new product launch in January 2025, SYAFIQ STORE achieved remarkable growth – recording a 78% uplift in total purchases, a 79% increase in gross revenue and an impressive 96% boost in ROI – compared to a similar campaign without using ACA.
