Improving conversion rate and order volume on its Amazon store

The incredible number of special promotions running on Amazon during Prime Day makes it difficult for brands to stand out from the crowd, which was a problem faced by China-based consumer electronics company, Baseus. To manage and track the flow of customers from TikTok to Amazon, Baseus worked with a TikTok partner, Sevens, which has integrated TikTok's Marketing API into its platform. The partner integration with Sevens helped to automatically produce easy-to-use analytic data, tracking user behavior from the time they land on the Amazon page to purchase. This handy tool prevented the advertiser from manually extracting and analyzing Amazon data.
By taking advantage of these innovative ad formats on TikTok and the power of Seven's Amazon traffic analysis tool, Baseus saw conversion rates that was 60% higher than usual, even reaching a peak of over 8.03% conversion rate on Prime Day. Their Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) for their whole Prime Day campaign exceeded by 5 times.
Thus, by creatively using TikTok ads to drive high-quality customers to their Amazon pages, Baseus was able to cut through the noise of Prime Day traffic, and effectively promote sales of their consumer electronic products on one of the busiest shopping days of the year.
