Driving sales for NA-KD with a full-funnel strategy
NA-KD is one of Europe's top 20 fastest growing companies and one of the world leaders in fashion and eCommerce. The brand came to TikTok to reach new audiences and set up a full-funnel campaign that would lead to conversions.
To hit its ambitious targets, NA-KD set up an always-on, full-funnel strategy which would nurture its account with multiple signals. Initially, the team set up performance campaigns optimised towards the ‘view content’ event, and once enough conversions were reached to pass the learning phase, the campaign was kept live while a new campaign was launched optimised towards the ‘add-to-cart’ event. Similarly, once this campaign hit its target, the brand kept it live and further launched another campaign optimised for the ‘complete payment’ event.
Parallel to this, NA-KD also ran In-Feed Ads optimised for reach and video views, to ensure brand awareness on the platform.
Avoiding ad fatigue, NA-KD uploaded fresh ad creatives for every optimisation stage of its strategy.
NA-KD’s campaign set the bar high and proved the success of a full-funnel strategy on TikTok. The brand achieved a smashing 991% ROAS and a 5.11% conversion rate.
