Jewellery brand in Indonesia leverages Community Interaction Objective to gain more >3.6K followers in 8 days
More than merely offering a range of necklaces, bracelets, and rings to customers, Glams Jewel empowers local artisans in Indonesia to create jewellery, brings their designs to consumers and creates job opportunities to their local community. After spending some time selling on TikTok, they saw an opportunity to maximise the platform’s potential to build greater brand visibility. As a small business, Glams Jewel knew that besides simply posting creative content on the platform, they needed to leverage more solutions to grow their follower count, increasing legitimacy to garner more interest from users via engagement.
According to TikTok’s internal data, we found that brand accounts on TikTok with at least 1M followers show a 15% higher engagement rate than accounts with less than 1M followers. As Glams Jewel aims to increase traffic and drive more followers to their page, they launched a Spark Ads campaign with the Community Interaction objective. With the increased traffic to their TikTok profile, Glams Jewel was then able to capture user attention with creative content and build deeper connections. Within just 8 days, they gained more than 3.6K followers, made over 92K impressions, and recorded a click-through rate of more than 11.2%.
