Can I get a refund for my account?

Yes, if your account is in good standing, you can close your account and collect a refund for any remaining balance on your account. However, the account will be closed after the refund is granted and can no longer be used. To use TikTok Ads Manager after receiving a refund, you will need to create a new account.

TikTok for Business does not offer refunds for expected ad spending. TikTok for Business can only provide refunds when advertisers request to close their accounts in good standing and wish to receive any remaining, unspent account balance.

How can I get a refund?

To get a refund you will need to close your account. Once it’s confirmed, your account will be closed and the remaining balance in the account will be sent back to the card that made the payment within 60 days. However, if your account has been suspended you will be ineligible for a refund.
