The Objective

With the goal of helping a fashion brand connect with customers from as many new markets as possible, Australian digital marketing agency, Creative Converters, wanted to leverage TikTok’s global reach and access to diverse demographics. As a globally renowned designer apparel offering t-shirts, hoodies, track pants and more, Creative Converters needed to build awareness for the brand’s re-launch and drive sales across multiple countries such as the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Spain, France, South Korea, Italy, Poland, Netherlands, Canada, and Mexico. With a series of product launches scheduled, they would also need to nurture audiences on the platform towards making repeat purchases.



The Solution

To maximise business results on their campaign, Creative Converters launched an in-feed ads campaign with the Web Conversion objective to target users are more likely to complete a specified conversion event on their website, such as ‘Add to Cart’ or ‘Complete Purchase’. To engage users browsing on the ‘For You’ feed, Creative Converters used non-conventional video creatives that would not only showcase the unique selling points of their products, but also stand out from the usual style of organic videos on TikTok. By combining elements to incite desire with enticing offers, the fashion brand’s videos were able to captivate audiences reached, and drive better conversions.


In addition, Creative Converters also tested a new ad format – Video Shopping Ads (Catalog) – which allows the brand to promote their product catalog dynamically at scale, presenting the most relevant product in an engaging way. The Results

The fashion brand’s campaign saw significant success, recording a 6.4x Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and over 154K completed orders in a short period of 1.5 months. Their videos gained over 300 million views, generating a multi-million dollar revenue with relatively lower CPM than on other platforms.
