In response to the challenges faced by Yandex Eats, a food delivery service expanding its presence in Kazakhstan, the team identified a strategic solution aimed at optimizing its iOS user acquisition campaigns. The primary challenge lay in achieving KPIs, notably CAC, given the limited availability of signals on the iOS platform.
To overcome this obstacle and enhance campaign efficiency, it was decided to leverage App Profile Page as a key component of the brand's iOS advertising strategy. This allowed Yandex Eats to achieve a huge drop in cost per acquisition while growing the number of conversions by 2.2 times with more opportunities to scale success further.
App Profile Page allowed Yandex Eats to significantly improve performance KPIs and drive more impact, including a 52% drop in customer acquisition cost, 34% drop in cost per install, and a 77% increase in purchases.
