The Objective

NSSTAR is an Indonesian-based menswear brand that is known for delivering stylish and affordable apparel. After establishing a presence across various e-commerce platforms, they ventured into TikTok in September 2021, sharing engaging content to connect with a wider audience. By January 2022, they started advertising on the platform which saw their efforts paying off and growing their account’s following to over 285K by 2024. However, beyond just growing their online community, they wanted to explore new strategies to boost product sales on their ShopTokopedia and further solidify their presence in the online marketplace.


The Solution

The Result

The campaign with LIVE GMV Max brought about an impressive 38 times uplift in Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), compared to a previous campaign without leveraging the solution. The campaign has demonstrated to NSSTAR that livestreaming is a great way to reach potential customers, especially when amplified by solutions such as LIVE GMV Max.
