The Objective

Known for its diverse range of personal care products across a variety of brands, Kenvue Thailand was looking to boost visibility for their promotions during high-traffic double-digit mega sales event. Leveraging TikTok Shop’s seamless integration of e-commerce and entertainment for users, they teamed up with Intrepid Ecommerce Services, a leading digital agency in Thailand, to drive product sales through promoting their catalogue on the TikTok Shop Shopping Centre.



The Solution

Kenvue Thailand leveraged Product Shopping Ads (PSA) to target shopping-oriented users and stand out in a competitive marketplace. With PSA, Kenvue would be able to reach users on the ‘Shop’ tab within the TikTok app, where their product would be shown as a recommendation or within their search results. Users who click on the ad would be led directly to the Product Detail Pages (PDP), streamlining the path from browsing to purchase completion. 


In addition to PSA, Intrepid Ecommerce Services also harnessed the power of targeting features like creating a Lookalike Audience to identify and target new customer groups with shared characteristics of Kenvue Thailand’s existing buyers, significantly boosting conversion potential. Powered by advanced algorithms that analyse audience attributes such as demographics, location, operating system, and interests, Lookalike Audiences enable brands to broaden their reach, increase engagement, and connect with users who are more likely to be interested in their products or services.




The Result

Intrepid Ecommerce Services wrapped up Kenvue’s campaign with 827K impressions as well as achieving a 6.6x average Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). The campaign saw a 265% increase in gross revenue in March 2024 as compared to February 2024, successfully driving more sales month-on-month. With Intrepid Ecommerce Services’ strategy, Kenvue Thailand benefited from increased brand and product awareness during the double-digit mega sales shopping season on TikTok Shop.
