When the invitation came to be part of it, they jumped at the chance. Their goal was clear: make a bold entrance, stand out from day one, and position Beyond Vitamins, one of their main brands as a top player on this new channel. This was more than just a launch. It was a channel unlock strategy powered by TikTok Shop Ads innovation. With the support and expertise of the TikTok team, they set out to build awareness, generate trust, and drive sales by creating an experience that felt both native and memorable on the platform.
To ensure a strong debut on TikTok Shop, they developed a performance-focused strategy aimed at making an immediate impact across the platform. The campaign was 100% conversion-oriented and launched without a thematic concept, aligning solely with the excitement of TikTok Shop’s introduction in Mexico. The brand opted for an always-on approach, kicking off at the end of February 2025 and continuing beyond the initial launch period to maintain momentum.
A key component of the strategy was leveraging GMV Max, TikTok's newest solution. This allowed the brand to set a target ROI, and from day one, GMV Max consistently delivered. It optimized performance across the campaign using auto-selected creatives from organic product content, maximizing reach and impact without overcomplicating asset production.
Instead of segmenting by interests, the campaign targeted all of Mexico. They wanted to engage with the right audiences through content relevance and strong creative hooks. This broad approach enabled the brand to grow its footprint quickly and attract new users who had not previously engaged with Beyond Vitamins.
This strategy helped position Beyond Vitamins as one of the standout brands in TikTok Shop’s early days, setting the foundation for long-term success in the channel.
The campaign exceeded expectations and marked a powerful entrance for The 3 Letters Company on TikTok Shop. The highlight is the strong impact the brand made during the platform’s early days in Mexico. Five products from Beyond Vitamins quickly gained traction, and ranked among the top sold items on TikTok Shop overall, a clear indicator of the campaign’s resonance with new audiences.
From a performance perspective, results were equally impressive. Beyond Vitamins achieved a ROAS of 4.5, validating the effectiveness of the GMV Max strategy and the power of creator-driven content on the platform.
This early success has boosted the brand’s confidence in TikTok Shop as a key e-commerce channel for future growth and set a strong foundation for ongoing experimentation and optimization.
