K-beauty brand partners with U.S. creators through Spark Ads to achieve 57.3% 6s view rate and scale visibility in a key global market
To break into one of the biggest overseas markets for Korean skincare, SKIN&LAB partnered with creative agency G Futures to leverage TikTok’s tools in building brand awareness and driving sales in the U.S. With a playbook built on proven hooks and local insights, G Futures tapped U.S. micro-influencers to create TikTok-native content that felt fresh, authentic, and on-brand. The campaign was designed to maximise exposure while laying the foundation for long-term brand growth in the region.
To accelerate SKIN&LAB’s growth in the U.S., G Futures implemented a strategic mix of Reach and Video Views objectives. Using the Reach objective, they maximised ad impressions among their target audience at the most cost-efficient rate — putting SKIN&LAB’s products in front of as many potential customers as possible. This was followed by a focus on the Video Views objective, aimed at engaging users more likely to interact with video content in their feeds. By capturing attention through compelling video creatives, G Futures drove both visibility and deeper audience engagement.
To further amplify performance, Spark Ads was employed. Spark Ads is TikTok’s native ad format that blends seamlessly with organic content on the “For You” page. Unlike conventional ads, this native-like experience minimises disruption to users’ browsing and encourages interaction. The format also enabled SKIN&LAB to amplify their own high-performing content and user-generated content, extending reach and resonance across a wider audience.
The campaign delivered impressive results in just 7 days — generating over 380,000 impressions* and achieving an average 6-second focused view rate of 43%* across 38 creatives. Notably, the campaign also outperformed efficiency benchmarks with a 15% lower Cost per Mille (CPM)**. These outcomes highlight the effectiveness of G Futures’ strategic approach in driving awareness, engagement, and cost-efficient reach for SKIN&LAB in the U.S. market.
