The Objective

KangJin Cosmetic Institute, established under Made U Group - Total Beauty Network, have physical branches in Vietnam committed to bringing safe rejuvenation beauty services to customers. In May 2024, they launched a TikTok Instant Messaging Ads campaign, optimising towards ‘Conversations’ and directing customers to an external instant messaging app for consultation and appointment booking. 


The Solution & Results

Kangjin targeted women aged 35-55+ within their clinic nearby location. Their creatives emphasised the real feedback from clients about clients’ experience and results after used Kangjin‘s Rejuvenate services. These settings, combined with optimising for "Conversations," led to a 20% lower Cost per Conversation compared to other platforms. This drove more qualified leads and sales opportunities for Kangjin.
