Driving conversions with a tailored TikTok campaign

Legend London has a strong presence on TikTok, having amassed 18K followers under the handle @legendlondon.co. It uses the account to showcase the flexibility and versatility of its garments specifically catered to athletic frames.
As a rapidly growing clothing brand, raising brand awareness and driving product sales were top priorities. Legend London partnered with CRKLR and used clever remarketing and retargeting campaigns to amp up customer conversions.
The primary goal of the campaign was to increase e commerce conversions and product sales amongst UK residents between the ages of 18 and 44. To do so, Legend London partnered with creators sourced from various marketplaces and used Spark Ads, Collection Ads, and TikTok Shop via Shopify.
After the campaign launch in December 2022, the brand leveraged trends such as challenges, music, and themes to create organic posts and amplify its Spark Ads. To ensure best results, Legend London tested different ads within the campaign, optimising on the go.
This campaign helped the clothing brand drive conversions, improve Add to Cart rates, and set a positive Cost per Complete Payment. Overall, the campaign resulted in a decrease in cost per acquisition, a 600% increase in reach and a 6% conversion rate.
TikTok’s unique targeting options proved to be very useful, particularly hashtag targeting. This was used to tap into trends and build an audience pool for remarketing. Legend London also used lookalike audiences built from video view duration to determine who they could remarket to for consideration.
