As ING Türkiye we have published the full funnel campaign case with the new ING Mobile launch. Our goals were to announce the launching ING Mobile and increase digital onboarding customer acquisition. As strategic media planning and performance marketing team have build full funnel approach with TikTok’s products.



The Solution

While Introducing the Launched ING Mobile, We Attached Importance to the Use of Celebrities in TikTok Campaigns as in TV and All Digital Campaigns.

ING Turkiye used TopView as one of TikTok’s premium placements to maximize their impressions and reach. ING also ran TopFeed to increase the frequency and maintain the reach. ING Turkiye gained a high number of digitally onboarded users with the creator-led content in their performance campaign. In parallel with ING Mobil’s branding objective, we used gesture – TikTok add-on – to increase engagement rate. We directed TikTok’s users to the app download with add-on we created specifially for ING Türkiye. Gesture add-on was used first media function in Turkey financial services. Additionally, by collabrating various TikTok micro-creators we created ads involving new ING Mobile interface and functions for app install and customer acqusition objectives. End of the communication, we observed that creator ads resulted lower CPA and more customer acquisiton.
