Bolt is the first European mobility super-app, offering ride-hailing, shared cars, scooters, and food and grocery delivery. The brand came to TikTok to generate first-time ride-hailing purchases in-app.

Bolt ran a 14 day A/B test whereby its Smart Performance Campaign was run against a standard performance campaign.
Bolt’s first Smart Performance Campaign was hugely successful for the brand. When the Smart Performance Campaign was compared against standard campaign results, Bolt saw a 27% reduction in purchase cost-per-action and 40% increase in purchase events (finish-first-ride events).
