Custom insights in TikTok One is a dashboard that is designed to help you identify early trends and audience interests to make data-driven content decisions. You'll have a comprehensive view of your target audience's interests and search behaviors, including audience demographics, keywords, and hashtags.

How to access Custom insights

1. Log in to TikTok One.

2. Click Inspiration in the top navigation.

3. Click Insight Spotlight.

Public viewer attributes

This section shows trending topics within selected audiences. You'll be able to select your target audience from the following:

• Select the Industry of interest or topic that the audience is interested in.

• Select users' predicted Age.

• Select users' predicted Gender.

• Select users' device setting Language.

• Selected users' geographic Region.

AI insights are generated based on your search and filter. It combines user profiles and keywords to summarize topics and identify common themes.

Customized keywords

This section shows trending topics among users who search for certain keywords on TikTok. You'll be able to select from the following keywords:

• Select existing keywords that have already been requested by other users.

• Create new keywords by clicking Add new keyword and click Submit.

Note: When selecting or adding multiple keywords, the results include any matches of the keywords.

The Custom insights dashboard will showcase:

1. Your audience demographic from the past 7 days, including Age, Gender, Language, and Region.

2. Your selected user's main viewing keywords and associated hashtags from the past 7 days:

   • Industry keywords: Al technology analyzes voiceovers, captions, and visual elements in videos to identify and cluster top keywords.

   • Related content: In the Related content section, you can view actual content that is trending under each identified topic.

   • Trend analysis: Our Trend analysis tool provides a comprehensive 14-day overview of growing trends.

   • Data filtering and visualization: To gain more granular insights, you can filter topics by brand or product. You can also choose your preferred data visualization format, such as tables or charts.
