About Following Feed Placement

The Following Feed placement serves ads within the "Following" tab, where users view content from accounts they follow. Ads are shown as users scroll through posts from creators they actively engage with.


Supported Objectives and Bidding Methods

Following Feed supports the same objectives and bidding methods as Profile Feed:

  • Reach

  • Video Views

  • Traffic

  • Conversion

  • App Installs

  • Lead Generation


Supported bidding methods include:

  • CPM (Cost per Thousand Impressions)

  • oCPM (Optimized Cost per Thousand Impressions)

  • CPC (Cost per Click)


Note: Following Feed placement is automatically included when selecting TikTok's For You Feed and cannot be opted out through TikTok Ads Manager.
