No, a Custom Identity cannot be edited after you create it. If the Custom Identity is rejected during ad review, you will need to create a new one.
Yes, you can use the Custom Identity feature to use new display names and profile images in the Diversion ads (non-Spark Ads) you created before the Identity feature was added to your account.
You can create Spark Ads using TikTok posts that are public, friends only, and private.
Firstly, please delete the ad of Spark Ads in the ad account in TikTok For Business Ads Manager. After that, you can delete the post in the TikTok Business Account.
No. The Spark Ads will keep running until its budget is consumed or they are manually paused on TikTok Ads Manager.
The system will automatically pause the delivery of the Spark Ads, and you will be unable to use the banned/canceled account as your Identity when creating new ads.
No, you can only link one TikTok account with one TikTok For Business account at a time.
Currently, only the TikTok For Business account linked to the TikTok account will have access to the linked TikTok account's Identity when publishing ads. However, stay tuned for future updates.
