Managing accounts with Business Center

About the Finance section in TikTok Business Center

Last updated: August 2024

The Finance section in your Business Center allows you to manage payment, costs, billing, invoicing and more across all of your ad accounts. You will also receive notifications that are specific to your account and will prompt you to take certain actions when necessary.

Payment Management

The Payment Management page provides an overview of payment activities for all your ad accounts. From this page you can:

  • View ad account payment details, including your account balance, payment ownership, recent transactions and alerts if there is an outstanding bill.

  • View information about your current billing option.

  • Manage your payment methods.

Learn more about Billing Options and Supported Payment Methods.

Transactions

The Transactions page contains all of your transactions along with information regarding payment activity (payments) and ad account consumption (costs). For each transaction, you can download relevant invoices and records of different types of payments. You can also view a breakdown of the campaigns those payments covered in order to gain a better understanding of your spending and business.

The Payments page helps you keep track of your Business Center's balance. You can view increases or decreases to an ad account's or Business Center's balance, as well as who did it and by how much. You can filter by Payments (Bill Payment, Add balance, Cancellation), Promotions (Issued, Expired) and a variety of other options from card verification to refunds.

The Costs page shows you the actual costs incurred by your ad accounts across cash and ad credits.

Invoices

The Invoices page provides those with a Finance or Admin role in Business Center access to all of the invoice details and settings for their ad accounts. Learn more in Manage Invoices in TikTok Business Center and About Invoice Groups in TikTok Business Center.
