TikTok Ads Manager structures ads into three parts: campaigns, ad groups, and ads. When you create an ad group, you will need to set up your:
Optimization location
Placements
Audience targeting
Content exclusions
Budget and Schedule
Bidding and Optimization
Before you create an ad group, consider where you want your ads to appear. A campaign can include one or more ad groups.
Note: There is a limit of 999 ad groups per campaign. Ad Group names support 512 characters.
