How to get support on TikTok One

To get support:

  1. Log into your TikTok One account.

  2. Click the ? Icon and click Try now.

  3. Enter your question and Copilot will provide an answer.

  4. If the provided answer doesn't resolve your issue, click Submit a ticket. You will be directed to the TikTok One Support page.

  5. Select a category that best aligns with your question or issue.

  6. Add your request details and click Submit.

  7. After submitting your support ticket, you'll be redirected to the TikTok One Support portal. The TikTok One Support Team will process your request and aim to respond within 1-2 business days.
