Payment Portfolio is a one stop workspace that allows you to view and and manage your options for making payments, including credit lines, cash balance, ad credit, and payment methods, in a unified manner across TikTok for Business platforms.
Payment Portfolio currently supports account level cash balance and credit line sharing across multiple ad accounts under the same entity name on the TikTok for Business platform.
For eligible accounts that have been upgraded to Payment Portfolio, your account level cash balance and credit line will be shared across all ad accounts.
Benefits of cash balance and credit line sharing include:
More efficient allocation of cash balance and credit lines as available balance will be used based on real consumption instead of being left unspent in ad accounts or Business Center.
Reduced workload from manually allocating balance to each ad account:
Transferring available balance to ad accounts becomes automatic, saving time and effort from manually allocating balance.
Credit lines are automatically replenished once outstanding invoices have been paid.
Reduced risk of campaign suspension due to insufficient ad account balance:
You only need to keep track of the total balance of all the ad accounts. As long as the total available balance remains positive, you will not be impacted by unwanted ad campaign suspensions.
You'll get notified when available balance is low or temporary credit line is nearing the expiration date.
Easy setup:
You can use a single Payment Portfolio across applicable lines of business on the TikTok for Business platform.
One time setup removes the need to complete payment settings multiple times across different TikTok for Business platforms.
You can manage all payment methods in one workspace.
Note: At this time, only credit line and cash balance can be shared across ad accounts. Ad credit will continue to be manually allocated.

You would like to manage all of your payment methods in one place, saving time when opening new ad accounts.
You can view the following information in your Payment Portfolio:
Available credit line: shows the credit line available across all your ad accounts.
Available cash balance: shows the available cash balance you are able to spend on the eligible business lines on TikTok for business platforms. Cash balance will be used before any available credit line for campaign spending and can also be used for bill payment. Select View details for a breakdown of your cash balance.
Available ad credit: shows the available ad credits for your account. If you have available ad credits, your ad credits will be used before credit line or cash for campaign spending.
Billing options: Hover over Billing options to show the billing options you have set up for your different ad accounts.
Payment method: Click on Manage to view your existing payment methods or add new ones.
