Promoting Spark Ads with Business Center is a process via which brands and/or agencies gain access to multiple TikTok accounts and allow members to use it for Spark Ads creation.This feature requires 3 steps:
Request: generate a QR code from Business Center and gain authorization to one or more TikTok accounts by having the account owners scan & approve request.
Share: upon successfully finishing step 1, assign Business Center members access to this TikTok account in order for them to use it in ad account(s) they have access to for campaign creation.
Promote: Business Center members who get access to TikTok account(s) go to TikTok Ads Manager to promote Spark Ads.
Easier, Scalable Campaign Activation: provides a quick and standardized way to activate Spark Ads with the flexibility to use organic videos from multiple TikTok accounts or publish ad creatives to multiple TikTok accounts.
Efficient Collaboration: brands, agencies, and creators are effectively connected on Business Center and join efforts in Spark ads promotions.

Make sure the user has admin access to the TikTok Business Center from which the user will request access to a TikTok account. Otherwise, the user can request their TikTok Business Center admin to add them as co-admin.
A TikTok Business Center can request access to up to 200 TikTok accounts; there is no limit on how many TikTok Business Centers a TikTok account can authorize.
1. Click Request TikTok Account.
Note: You can request up to 200 TikTok accounts in one TikTok Business Center.
2. Select the scope you would like to request for your ad setup and delivery and generate and share the QR code for TikTok account owner(s) to scan and authorize.
Note: This QR code is account-agnostic. This means that you do not need to generate one QR code per request and can use the same one for a request to any TikTok account.
On the TikTok app, make sure the user is logged into the TikTok account that will be authorized and scan the QR code to approve the request. Please update your TikTok app to the latest version.
Note: The authorization is long-term, so the authorization will not expire unless the TikTok account owner or Business Center admin cancels the authorization.
A. To select members from your business account, go to Assets and click TikTok accounts.
Select members from your TikTok Business Center account.
Set the access permissions for the employees who run Spark or Live ads using TikTok accounts.
Click Assign.
B. To select members from your business account, go to Assets and click Advertiser accounts.
Select members from your TikTok Business Center account.
Set the access permissions for the employees who run Spark or Live ads using TikTok accounts.
Click Assign.
Note: Select Use other authorized account or post to select TikTok accounts managed by TikTok Business Center.
A. If clients want to deliver ads using existing posts (pull Spark).
B. If clients want to publish ad videos as TikTok posts (push Spark).
