How to view the total account balance on the payment management page
The payment management page in the TikTok Business Center allows you to view the total account balance for your Business Center.
Account Balance: the total balance of your Business Center account
Remaining: the total balance of the business center account minus the unusable balance (such as credit which has been frozen)
Cash Balance: the portion of the account balance that is cash which has been paid into the account.
Voucher Balance: the portion of the account balance that is voucher credit
1. Log into TikTok Business Center.
2. Click Finance in the left-hand menu.
3. Click Payment Management.
4. View your available balance at the top.
