To pay for advertising in TikTok Ads Manager and the Business Center, you must add a valid payment method, such as a debit or credit card. Without a linked debit or credit card, your ad delivery may be interrupted. These steps are applicable to the three billing options specifically, Manual Payment, Automatic Payment, and Monthly Invoicing.

Only users with an admin or financial manager role can make changes to payment methods. Learn about asset level permissions.
Note: Follow the Business Center steps if your ad account is managed by Business Center. Follow the TikTok Ads Manager steps if your ad account is not managed by a Business Center.
To add or update a payment method in TikTok Ads Manager and Business Center:
From TikTok Ads Manager:
Go to the Tools tab.
Under Settings, select Finance.
On the Payment page, click the three dots on an existing payment method to Remove or Update it. To add a new payment method, click + Add payment method.
Click the payment method you prefer to add, such as a credit or debit card.
Click Submit.
Note: TikTok Ads Manager supports adding multiple payment methods to your account. You can add additional payment methods and set one as your primary from the payment page.
From Business Center:
Click Finance in the left-hand menu.
Click Payment.
Click Payment Management.
Find the ad account to which you want to add a payment method.
Click Manage payment methods.
Click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner of the existing payment method and click Remove or click Add a payment method.
Add your payment information.
Click Submit.
