How to log in to TikTok Business account with your 2-step verification code
The 2-step verification (2SV) code is an extra verification step when you log in to your TikTok for Business account. The 2SV will prevent unwanted access to your account, even if your password gets compromised.
Before you begin
Ensure you've turned on 2-step verification in TikTok Ads Manager.
Confirm you have access to the email address, phone number, or Authenticator App that you selected when you set up 2-step verification.
How to log in to TikTok for Business account with your 2-step verification code
To log in to your TikTok for Business account with your 2SV code:
Go to TikTok for Business account login page. Enter your email address or phone number along with your password or SMS code.
Find the 2SV code based on the method you set up for your TikTok for Business account:
Email: View your email inbox.
Note: If you don't see it in your inbox, look for TikTok in the Spam, Junk, Trash, Deleted Items, or Archive folders of your email account.
Text Message: Check your text messages from known and unknown numbers.
Authenticator App: Open the third-party authentication app, such as Google Authentication, to find the code.
Enter the 2SV code to log in.
When you enter the code, you'll be able to access your TikTok for Business account or make changes in your TikTok Ads Manager.
