How to manage TikTok accounts in Business Center
Last updated: July 2024

One Business Center can request access to up to 200 TikTok accounts for efficient and scalable account management. There is no limitation on how many Business Centers an individual TikTok account can authorize.

Before you begin

You will need Business Center admin permissions to request TikTok account access, give Business Center members permission to manage the TikTok account, and view authorized TikTok accounts in Business Center. All Business Center members can see the TikTok account tab in Business Center.

Both admin and other members can use the authorized TikTok account identity and content as long as they've been granted permission to access the account via Business Center and have admin account access to their desired ad account under the same Business Center.

How to request access to TikTok accounts in Business Center

  1. Go to Business Center.

  2. Go to the Assets tab.

  3. Go to TikTok accounts and click Request access.

  4. Select the level of access you'd like to request from the TikTok account. You can choose:

    • Ad delivery with existing posts: You'll have access to the account's profile info, ads and public videos.

    • Ad delivery with LIVE videos: You'll have access to the account's profile info and LIVE videos.

  5. Click Generate QR code.

  6. Click Copy QR code to download and share the QR code with the TikTok account owner.

  7. On the TikTok app, the owner of the TikTok account will need to scan the QR code and give TikTok For Business authorization to the account. The QR Code Scanner can be found on the Friends page under Find Friends or the Privacy page in the TikTok app. To access via the Privacy page:

    • Go to your Profile page.

    • Tap the three dashes in the top right corner of your screen.

    • Tap Settings and Privacy.

    • Under Account, tap QR Code.

    • Tap the Scan icon in the top right corner of your screen.
