About coupons

A coupon is a time-limited discount token, introductory offer token, or a form of advertising credit that is redeemable by you for a discounted service at a discounted or promotional rate. If qualified, you may receive coupons from your TikTok sales representative or find coupon offers within TikTok Ads Manager. Coupon policies are dictated by TikTok Coupon Terms.

A coupon can be in various stages of use and assignment, and your list of coupons can be found in the Promotions page in TikTok Ads Manager.

1. Available: The coupon is available for your usage and can be found in the Available tab. Available coupons can either be assigned or not assigned.

   1. Assigned: Available coupons must be assigned in order to be active and used. If a coupon is assigned, you will see the number of campaigns under the Coupon details column as greater than zero.

   2. Not assigned: Unassigned coupons will not be active and thus remain unused until assigned. If a coupon is unassigned, you will see the number of campaigns under the Coupon details column as zero.

2. Expired: The coupon has expired and cannot be used anymore. You will see these in the Not available tab's list of coupons with Credit expired under the Status column.

3. Void: The coupon has been deemed invalid by TikTok representatives. You will see these in the Not available tab's list of coupons stating Void under the Status column.

4. Used: The coupon has been fully used and cannot be used anymore. You will see these in the Not available tab's list of coupons stating Used up under the Status column.
