You can use TikTok Store Manager to manage your store using your TikTok for Business account. TikTok Store Manager allows you to add and remove products from your store and view performance insights. TikTok Store Manager has three tabs:
Product Tab: View basic information about products and add/remove items from your store. This tab highlights SPUs (Standard Product Units) which is the parent category for items with multiple variants (e.g., Sizes, colors). All SKUs under an SPU need to be approved to be eligible to appear in your store.
Insight Tab: View performance insights for the store and product links. Currently, we do not support off-site data tracking for conversion events such as page views, add-to-carts, or purchases.
Ads Tab: View and navigate to corresponding TikTok Ads Accounts from the Ads Tab on Store Manager with the appropriate Business Center and user authorization.
TikTok Store Manager for Shopify Merchants is not available for all users. TikTok Storefront is currently only available to merchants who have already been onboarded to the product.
You can access Store Manager from TikTok for Business or TikTok Business Center.
From TikTok for Business:
Click Store Manager to access a list of all Stores associated with the TikTok for Business Account.
Click on your desired Store Name to open the Store Manager page for your preferred store.
From TikTok Business Center:
Click the icon in the upper right corner of TikTok Business Center.
Click Store Manager to access a list of all Stores associated with the TikTok for Business account.
Click on your desired Store Name to open the Store Manager page for your preferred store.
On the Product Tab, you can add or remove products from your store. Re-ordering items and previewing your store are not supported at this time.
To add or remove products to your store:
From Store Manager, click the Product tab.
Navigate to your desired product by using the Filter to narrow down relevant products or by using the Search function to find a specific product by SPU ID, SKU ID, or product title.
Once you've found your desired item:
Turn on Storefront Status for this item to appear at the top of your store. You can add items in bulk by selecting the check box for multiple items and clicking In Storefront at the top of the page.
Turn off Storefront Status for this item to no longer appear in your store. You can remove items in bulk by selecting the check box for multiple items and clicking Out of Storefront at the top of the page.
On the Insight Tab, you can view a summary of TikTok Shopping performance and product level performance.
To view a summary of TikTok Shopping performance:
From Store Manager, click the Insight tab.
Summary Metrics will automatically open with detailed information including:
Show window views
Onsite PDP views and Checkout Clicks
Anchor Link Views and Clicks
Adjust the date range in the upper right corner of the Summary Metrics page to refine results.
Note: Metrics are aggregated for both paid and organic traffic.
To view product level performance:
From Store Manager, click the Insight tab.
Click Product Metrics in the top middle of the page. The top 100 SPUs based on your filter dimensions will appear.
You can sort by your desired metric (PDP Views, PDP Checkout Clicks, Anchor Link Views, or Anchor Link Clicks) and refine the date range at the top of the page.
Note: Only the top 100 items are eligible to appear. Search capabilities are not available at this time.
On the Ads tab, you can create ads campaigns and ad ads accounts.
To create ads campaigns:
From Store Manager, click the Ads tab.
Located the desired Ads account.
Click Create Campaign.
Follow the prompts to create a campaign.
To add ads accounts:
From Store Manager, click the Ads tab.
Click Add Ads Account.
Follow the prompts to link an existing ad account or create a new ad account.
