Alternatively, Pixel Helper is a Chrome extension that helps advertisers verify and troubleshoot pixel implementation directly via a desktop browser.
After 7 days of no observed activity, the status of an event will switch to 'No recent activity.'
After you implement the suggested fix, dismiss the issue in the Diagnostics tab. If the issue resurfaces in 24 hours, then the issue wasn’t properly corrected and we recommend you follow the suggested solution provided in the error message.
Your pixel has a change log that records any previous changes made to the pixel or its events. The change log helps with troubleshooting by pinpointing exactly what tweaks were made, when they were made, and by whom. You can find your pixel's change log in a tab located in the pixel details page within Events Manager.
Only changes made to the pixel settings will display in the change log but changes made to your website code will not be reflected.

Refer to How to Add Your TikTok Ads Pixel to Shopify.
When placing the TikTok pixel code in your Shopify website, you need to paste the code in two sections: the theme liquid and the "additional scripts" in the Checkout settings.
Pasting the pixel code in the theme liquid will cover the home page, product page, and the cart page.
While pasting the pixel code in the checkout settings only covers the last step of the checkout process, the "thank_you" page.
The previous steps and pages prior to checkout, where a user will fill in the contact, shipping, and payment information do not need the TikTok Pixel code placed.
Because you are unable to track the entire checkout process, apart from the "thankyou" page, we recommend that you track the checkout button click on the cart page.
Note: The TikTok Pixel Helper cannot track the checkout button click because this action will lead to a new page. However, you can still check if this event works using the Ads Preview Test on the define tracking rules page.
Yes, you can create an audience using attributed events. If you have Advanced Matching enabled, we support Website Traffic Audience building based on all matched events, including attributed and non-attributed events.
