Note: Since the ATT framework went into effect, iOS 14.5+ traffic cannot be reached from non-dedicated iOS 14.5+ campaigns. You are required to create dedicated campaigns to reach iOS 14.5+ users when using the App Installs or Catalog Sales objective optimizing for clicks or installs.
The dedicated iOS 14.5+ campaigns will operate with the following limitations:
Each iOS app will be limited to 15 active campaigns with 5 ad groups per campaign. 2 ad groups per campaign is supported with the launch of the multi ad-group feature. For campaigns using 2 ad groups, modeled SKAN reporting is used at the ad group level. Learn more about Performance and Reporting Considerations for iOS 14 Dedicated Campaigns.
Dedicated iOS 14.5+ campaigns with App Installs and Catalog Sales objectives will count towards the 11 limit, and you will need to wait at least 72 hours after a campaign has ended to free up a slot for a new campaign.
