How to create a LIVE GMV Max campaign in TikTok Ads Manager
LIVE GMV Max is an automated ad campaign type that can optimize traffic to encourage more people to buy your products during your LIVE event. You can create a LIVE GMV Max campaign in TikTok Ads Manager.
Before getting started
If you or your team own the TikTok Shop connected to your LIVE event:
You'll need a TikTok Shop connected to your Business Center account.
You'll need Admin or Advertising Manager permissions for your Shop.
If you want to run a LIVE GMV Max campaign for a TikTok Shop you don't own, you can request GMV Max authorization from the TikTok Shop owner.
You'll need to ensure the advertiser account you are using has GMV Max authorization for the shop you want to promote, which can be checked in Business Center
If you're already running LIVE Shopping Ads or LIVE GMV Max, you'll need to turn them off before you can create a new LIVE GMV Max campaign
LIVE GMV Max is currently available in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and Singapore.
How to create a LIVE GMV Max campaign in TikTok Ads Manager
To create a LIVE GMV Max campaign:
Sign in to TikTok Ads Manager.
Click GMV Max at the top of your dashboard.
Choose the TikTok Shop you want to promote.
Click Next.
Click Create GMV Max ads. If the button is disabled or greyed out, make sure you have operator or admin access to the advertiser account, and that the ad account has been authorized to run GMV Max ads.
Click Promote LIVE.
Choose the TikTok account with the LIVE event you'd like to promote.
In the Optimization goal section, choose a LIVE ROI target to maximize your campaign's delivery and performance. You can follow the recommended target or choose your own.
In the Budget section, enter the daily budget you want to spend on your campaign. You can choose to follow the recommended daily budget based on your LIVE performance over time. You can adjust your budget settings any time after you start the campaign.
Adjust the Schedule settings for your campaign.
When you're finished, click Publish.
Your LIVE GMV Max campaign will start at the time you scheduled.
