Troubleshoot account settings for GMV Max in TikTok Ads Manager

If you are unable to create a GMV Max campaign in TikTok Ads Manager, you may need to check your account settings in Business Center, Seller Center and TikTok Ads Manager.

I don't see any shops to choose for my GMV Max campaign

If there is no TikTok Shop to select when you create your GMV Max campaign, make sure

1. You have a Business Center connected to your Shop.

2. If you are an agency running GMV Max for sellers, you'll need have ad promotion access to the shop you want to promote.

3. If you are a seller running GMV Max for your own shop, you'll need Admin or Advertising Manager permission for your shop.

4. Your shop's operation country is within GMV Max available regions: GMV Max is only currently available in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore and the United States.

The TikTok Shop I want to use is unavailable

If your TikTok Shop is in a list of unavailable shops, please check your shop's operation country. GMV Max is only currently available in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore and the United States.

Create GMV Max ads button can not be selected

If this button is greyed out and can not be selected, please check

1. Whether you have operator or admin access to the advertiser account

2. Whether the advertiser account has been authorized to run GMV Max ads.
