How to set up Promote for website visits and conversions

How to set up Promote for website visits and conversions

To set up Promote for website visits and conversions:

  1. Create a Promote campaign in the TikTok mobile app. Learn about finding Promote in the TikTok app.

  2. Under Choose your goal, you will presented with one of two variations depending on your integration with TikTok Pixel:

    • Without TikTok Pixel configured, select More website visits.

    • With TikTok Pixel configured, select More website conversions. Learn how to install TikTok Pixel.

  3. Click Next.

  4. Enter your URL.

  5. Click Call to Action. You can choose from the following:

    • Learn more

    • Shop now

    • Contact us

    • Apply now

    • Book now

    • Donate now

    • Download

    • Request time

  6. If you are using the web conversions goal, choose your previously configured Pixel under Track conversion events. Note: The Pixel you select must match the URL entered above.

  7. Click Choose optimization event. You can choose from the following:

    • Add to cart

    • View content

    • Complete payment

  8. Click Save.

  9. Select a promotion pack, or customize your promotion:

    1. Choose your audience by clicking on Default audience or Create your own.

    2. Set your Budget and Duration.

  10. Review your promotion details.

  11. Click Pay and start promotion.
