How to turn on unattributed events in Singular

Unattributed events are events that are not generated by TikTok. Other media platforms can share optimization data with TikTok through your Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP).


Before you begin:

  • Integrate your TikTok for Business account with Singular.

  • Verify app ownership using your TikTok App ID.

  • Add your unique code to your MMP dashboard.


How to turn on unattributed events in Singular

To turn on unattributed events:

  1. Log in to Singular.

  2. Click Attribution.

  3. Select Partner Configuration.

  4. In the Events Postbacks section, click the checkbox Send all.
