About time zones

When you create an account on TikTok Ads Manager, you'll be able to select your time zone. TikTok Ads Manager works with time zones that are either full hour or half hour ahead or behind Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)/Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

Note: TikTok Ads Manager does not support time zones that use quarter hour deviations and daylight savings time.

Features

Your time zone affects:

  • The time your data is displayed on the platform, including in reports.

  • Your ad delivery settings, including start and end times.

  • Your bill cycle dates for invoicing when calculating your total ad costs.

Note: You will be unable to change your time zone after selecting it during account registration.

Find your selected time zone

  1. Go to your TikTok Ads Manager dashboard.

  2. Click on your account name in the top-right corner to access a drop down menu. The blue card indicates the account you are currently using.

  3. Click on the Ad Account Settings icon to the right of the account information.

  4. Scroll to find your time zone under Basic Information.
